Landing Landing page
Indoor Greenery Indoor Greenery page
Our Work Our Work page
Garden Planning Garden Planning page
Unclear logo
The hero section doesn't tell what the company does

Landing page

Current site – Landing page
Unclear menu
Section longer than the viewport
The whole site isn't optimized for normal sized laptop screens, the elements are unnecessarily large
The CTA is out of the viewport
Current site – Contact page
Confusing contact form. Most user errors happen on contact forms, especially when the forms violate conventions
Knowing prices is one of the most important user needs. The user is left to assume that the contact form is the only way to get a price estimate
Target audience unclear: Do they only do larger projects or individual homes as well?
No clear indication of the types of services offered
Current site – Gallery
Overstimulating

The images don't even have descriptions so a client can't know critical information like how much time did each project take
The text layout is too dense and no paragraph should be wider than 70 characters according to best practices
A display font is used for the body text, it's very difficult to read
Current site – Content page
There's too much animation on the site overall
The text serves SEO, and does not cover actual user needs like price, maintenance challenges and how much time could it take

Problem statement

The content of the website doesn't cater to user needs
It disregards UI design best practices
